8th Days of Jewish Culture in Bedzin

The paintings in Jewish prayer house   

The ambassador of Israel and the mayor of Bedzin have a pleasure of inviting you to the 8th Days of Jewish Culture, which are organized from 10th to 16th of September 2010.

The program:

10.09.2010, 10.00: the conference of the Center For Citizenship Education, the “Traces of the past” program, Mieroszewskis Palace

10.09.2010, 12.00: „Memory” – the exhibition of judaica from Zgłębie Museum and private collections, Mieroszewskis Palace

11.09.2010, 16.00: „The last days of the ghetto – 1943”, historical reenactment, Kazimierza Wielkiego Sq.

16.09.2010, 17.00: „In the old cinema” – the display of documentary movies from Bedzin (the premiere of a silent movie made during nazi occupation), the exhibition of archival photographs, cinema „Nowość”.
