Kosher restaurant opened in Warsaw

Shlomo’s , the kosher restaurant, has just been opened in Warsaw at Bagno Street 2. Rabbi Shalom Ber Stambler from Chabad Lubavitch takes care of this place. Three specialist of kashrut are subordinated to him. “Kosher” means “good, proper”. The kashrut is the set of Jewish dietary laws based on Torah. It suggests what kinds of products can be consumed by orthodox Jews and how to cook them in a proper way. Shlomo’s serves traditional Jewish dishes from Poland, Ukraine, Iran , Morocco and Israel, for example delicious humus and chulent.
