Learn more about Jews - lectures in synagogue

Progressive Jewish Community 'Beit Warszawa' is inviting you to the meetings with interesting people and lectures on Jewish issues organized in the synagogue in Wiertnicza Str 113 every Friday before the Shabbat prayers. On 13th of August at 18.30 there will be a lecture dedicated to the Jewish cemeteries. Krzysztof Bielawski, Virtual Shtetl portal administrator of the section cemeteries and places of martyrdom, is going to lecture on.

Association for Jewish Culture 'Beit Warszawa' was founded in 1999. Since 2003 it belongs to the World Union for Progressive Judaism. It organizes Shabbat prayers and Jewish holidays according to the principles of Progressive Judaism. Moreover, it sets up Hebrew language classes and weekend academy for children, Beit Jeladim.
