The competition for drawing up the architectural conception of the Museum of Poles Who Saved Jews in Podkarpacie

In June 2008, the assembly of the Podkarpackie Province passed a resolution concerning the creation of a museum devoted to Poles saving Jews in Podkarpacie during the II World War. It was decided that the museum will be built near Lancut Markowa.

On Friday, 6 August, Mateusz Szpytma, an historian and one of initiators of the creation of the museum, announced the competition for drawing up the architectural conception of the Museum of Poles Who Saved Jews in Podkarpacie of the Ulmów family.

Architects entering the competition should submit plans by 26 October. However, the deadline for application for submission to enter the competition is 23 August. Inviting negotiable to designing documentation and 12 thousand zloty is the main prize. The competition is conducted in the Castle Museum in Łańcut.
