The competition „Friends from school, acquaintances from the neighborhood”! (Second Edition)

Are you are 12-19 years old? Would you like to spend your holidays in an interesting way, discovering new and exciting things?

All you need is free time, good will and a mobile phone.

We would like to invite you on a wonderful adventure. Join us to relate with the people who remember the Jewish “Friends from school, acquaintances from the neighborhood”. This is a chance to discover the intercultural past of our towns and villages, as well as to explore the fascinating history of places where you live and locations where you spend your holidays.

We invite you to avail of this most worthwhile opportunity to be enriched through the following activities. You can record exciting stories about the pre-war history of towns. You may enter into the atmosphere of Sabbath evenings, enjoying melodies from synagogues, and appreciating relations between them. You can be one who preserves for posterity the stories of fascinating people. You will enjoy reconstructing what the towns were like, and describing the most unusual incidences. This journey into discovering the heritage of the past is not to be missed!
