On 14 May 2015, the exhibition entitled "Poland-Israel-Germany. The Auschwitz Experience" will be held at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Krakow. The exhibition aims at presenting Auschwitz as an issue in social, historical and cultural discourse from the perspective of contemporary artists coming from Poland, Germany and Israel.

The exhibition, through the works it presents, poses a vital question: will the memory of Auschwitz - a tragic symbol of genocide - once the last witnesses of the Holocaust are gone, become a mere recollection, a pop culture motive, or perhaps it will remain in the form it exists in the modern memory.

The exhibition is open until 31 October 2015.
