More Jewish cemeteries have been commemorated

Monuments in honor of deceased Jews have been erected in the Jewish cemeteries in Łabiszyn and Strzelno (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province) . Previously no information regarding local Jews was provided. The construction of two monuments was initiated and partnered by Marcin Dudek-Lewin.

The new cemetery in Łabiszyn was established at the turn of the 19th century. Having been completely devastated during the Second World War, not a single headstone has survived. Several shattered fragments have been preserved in the Strzelno cemetery.
