Conference on Jews of Włocławek
A conference „Włocławek – a town inhabited also by Jews” will take place on November 25th at 11 AM at Aleksander Hotel, 23 Szpitalna St. Within the scope of the “Remembrance, to remember, we remember!” project, the main goal of the event is to bring closer the life of former Jewish community and the fates of its members during and after the war to the inhabitants of present-day Włocławek. Apart from some known speakers, the conference will also feature presentations by Włocławek Landsmanshaft in Israel and town’s recognized poet Mirosława Stojak. Furthermore there will be an exhibition of the Project Holocaust works by the inmates of Włocławek Penitentiary.
