New research on Jewish history of Kraków

The Cracow Jewish History and Culture Studies Center at Jagiellonian University will be officially inaugurated on Tuesday, November 17th. The Center will explore the history of the Jewish inhabitants of the city, initiate the construction of a museum and organize lectures popularizing knowledge about the Jews of Cracow. The University’s researchers constituting the Center’s staff also plan to promote the history and culture of the Jews by means of popular-scientific lectures that will take place at least once a month in Collegium Kazimierzowskie.
