We make history. The Gwoździec Reconstruction. Take part in the project!
The enrollment process for 2012 workshops is now open!
The Museum of the History of Polish Jews and the Jewish Historical Institute Association invite students to take part in creating the core exhibition of the Museum, a wooden synagogue roof.
History does not have to be written, it can also be created. Participants of international workshops, which will be organized in five Polish towns this summer, will have a chance to create history together.
Last year, a roof and part of a painted ceiling were reconstructed. This year, you can have your hand in the last stage of the project which involves painting polychromes.
Join the team and become a co-creator of the Core Exhibition of one of the largest museums in all of Poland!
Visit the Gwoździec reconsctruction website to find more information about the enrollment and an application form. Familiarize yourself with materials, rules and regulations and reports of workshops that took place last year.
You may apply not later than March 31st, 2012.
