In 1827 220 Jews lived in Parysów, which made 28% of the whole population.
Parysów was seated by the Hasidic dynasty – the dynasty of the descendants of one of the first tzaddiks, called the Saint Jew from Przysucha.
In the interwar period, 1.906 Jews lived in Parysów in 1921, which made 56% of the whole population.
During World War II, in September 1939, Parysów was occupied by the German Army.

The village of Parysów first appeared in the 15th century. In 1538 Parysów obtained its town charter. From 1794 Parysów was under Austrian rule, in 1807 it transferred to the Duchy of Warsaw, and from 1815 it belonged to the Kingdom of Poland (Congress Poland).
In 1869 the tsar authorities deprived Parysów of its charter.
During World War II, in September 1939, Parysów was occupied by the German Army.
