Local history
Adam Marczewski
Tha manorial farm of Aleksandrowice was set up between 1787 and 1790 and it was a part of Stare Bielsko (Old Bielsko) district. In 1864 it gained the rights of an independent village. The development on the local industry began in the 19th century.
In the interwar period, in 1938 Aleksandrowice was incorporated into Bielsko and in 1951 it became a district of Bielsko-Biała.

Aleksandrowice are the district of Bielsko-Biała, located in the western part of the city. The city is located on the Pogórze Śląskie, by the mountains of Beskid Śląski and Mały, in the valley of Biała river (Vistula right inflow).
