Wadowice lies along an international route leading from Kraków (50 kilometers away) through Cieszyn to Brno (national road N°52).
The town can be reached by car through Kalwaria Zebrzydowska and by a somewhat longer route through Brzeźnica and Tomice or Zator and Tomice.
There is a very good PKS or private line bus connection to Wadowice or PKS connection from Oświęcim; PKP connections are a bit worse. An attraction can be a Pope Train leaving from Kraków, which is equipped with facilities for the disabled people.
