W budynku pod przedwojennym numerem 286 (obecnie nr 12 Lecznica weterynaryjna Edwardy i Andrzeja Zielińskich) mieszkał Moritz Mittler, który obok Hermana Lermera, zajmował się spedytorstwem. Jerzy Mittler posiadał zakład spedytorski i zajmował się fiakierstwem - dorożkarstwem.[1.1]
